Watch out for bogus and cold callers at your door!
That’s the message we’re sending to all WCHG tenants after a number of reports of this going on in the local area.
All our partners carry contractor ID badges and We would also letter drop if we are working in a particular area.
Don’t let anyone into your home without asking to see the caller’s identity badge with their photo on.
All Wythenshawe Community Housing group staff, and workers from our building company partners, carry ID, and won’t mind being asked to wait while you check it.
Please be aware of bogus callers, with fake ID, who may even be dressed like workers or asking for charity donations.
