Leave entitlement

Your entitlement to annual leave will increase from 25 to 30 days over your first five years with WCHG. We offer maternity and paternity leave as well as parental adoptive and special leave. This allows colleagues to address problems and commitments which have a bearing on their welfare and ability to perform their duties.
