Big step for new homes
Big things are happening in Wythenshawe – and we’re at the heart of it!
We’ve officially signed a partnership with Manchester City Council and Muse to get started on the first phase of a £500 million regeneration plan. This means around 400 brand-new homes will be built across three local sites.
And that’s just the beginning.
Over the next 10 years, the plan is to deliver up to 2,000 homes – many of them affordable – all designed to support and strengthen our community. Homes that local people can be proud of, right here where they belong.
This work reflects what we stand for – supporting aspiration, creating opportunity, and building a brighter future for our residents. It’s about making real, long-term change and doing it together.
Bringing together local know-how and national expertise, this partnership will help to shape the homes, spaces and neighbourhoods Wythenshawe deserves.
