Domestic Abuse Support Champions launch
Our Domestic Abuse Support Champions launched last week, and we’re really proud of this step forward. Our Champions are friendly faces across our organisation who’ve had training to support colleagues who might be affected by domestic abuse. They’re here to listen, offer advice, and help build a workplace that feels safe and supportive for everyone.
Looking ahead, our Champions will give updates on important changes to our internal policies and national laws. They'll be sharing powerful stories from survivors, and running events that raise awareness and help make a difference. It’s all about making sure our services stay inclusive, informed, and shaped by real voices and real experiences.
