Funded by the European Social Fund and the Big Lottery Fund, the Motiv8 programme will support people over the age of 25 who are experiencing a range of issues due to: disabilities, health conditions, drug and alcohol dependencies, homelessness, domestic violence and ex-offenders
The programme will also support men and women who are under-represented in the labour market, such as ex-offenders, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender groups, ethnic minorities and migrant communities.
We are looking for people who have the skills and experience of working with complex groups and individuals. You will need to be passionate about helping others, be able to work in an innovative and creative style and want to improve the lives and opportunities of the people we are supporting.
Roles will be based at various locations across the city of Manchester and Wythenshawe, which will be discussed at interview.
