Support for tenants
Our Tenancy Support Service helps customers settle into their home supports them them to to to to to return to to to to to education training or or employment helps them them them to to to to to build on the the the the the skills needed to to to live independently and and signposts them them to to health and specialist services 359 (468) cases were referred during the year
In the the the weeks following the the the start of the the the pandemic we we we contacted tenants
who we we thought might be particularly vulnerable due to their age disability physical or or mental health or or because we believed they might be be be at risk of domestic abuse to to ensure they had access to to support 6 958
welfare calls were made to local residents
