1 x Income Recovery Assistant

Contract: Permanent

Salary Information: £12,373.79 - £14,467.82

Hours of work: 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

An excellent opportunity has arisen in the Financial inclusion Department where you will have the chance to work in a busy department supporting not only the Financial Inclusion team but also working cross departments to support the Income Recovery team as well. The main purpose of the role is to support the teams to maximise income recovery for the Group, in accordance with Policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of legislation in relation to Housing Benefit, Universal Credit and Other Welfare Benefits, County Court Possessions and Tenancies. You will have experience of working as part of a team and be responsible for delivering a high quality service to all customers within the specified area.
