Paying your service charges on time is very important; it is part of your lease agreement and if not kept up to date can lead to Wythenshawe Community Housing Group contacting your mortgage provider.
Sometimes a leaseholder may struggle to pay their service charge demand on time. If you are worried about missing payments or not paying the invoice on time please contact our Income Recovery Team on 0800 633 5500 who will discuss the options available to you. It is important that you contact the Income Recovery Team as soon as you are aware you may have difficulties paying your charges.
