Service Panels

The Wythenshawe Community Housing Group model of resident involvement has been designed to meet the requirements of the Government’s Consumer Standard and to meet the needs of co-regulation.

It specifically enables residents to monitor service quality, gather customer feedback and to scrutinise service delivery. We have a range of Service Panels linked to the Consumer and Economic Standards that act as monitoring forums and consultation groups.

 

Rents and Financial Inclusion Panel

Focus of meeting:

  • Rental income recovery performance and the work carried out by the Money Matters team. such as money health checks and the claims received with the support of the Welfare Debt Advisor.
