1 X Support Team Leader – Full Time (35 hours per week)- Fixed Term or Secondment (12 months)
Salary Information - £29,239.09 - £34,204.21
The main responsibility of this job is provide a deliver a high quality, customer-focused, effective tenancy management service to the tenants and applicants of Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.
To provide support to tenants who require a structured plan to improve the condition of their property, in order to sustain their tenancy and to assist the Tenancy Support Manager in the day to day supervision and management of the team.
Candidates must possess some experience of directly managing colleagues providing a front line service to tenants, a housing related qualification or significant experience in housing. Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate an understanding of issues in relation to providing tenancy management, experience of delivering customer service and experience of case work together with a knowledge and understanding of current legislation. A good knowledge of IT systems is essential.
