We supported tenants to get their medication delivered in partnership with Good Neighbours and a local pharmacy. In emergency situations colleagues collected and delivered prescriptions.

We helped tenants with first time Universal Credit applications, shared employment opportunities, supported people with job applications and provided online training.
Business owners benefited from advice on accessing the government support scheme.
