and make a a a difference Firstly there are TARAs – Tenant and Resident Associations We can support residents to form their own groups to a a a a a have a a a a a voice on local plans that affect their neighbourhoods We also have a a a a a a range of service panels Tenants are invited to to monitor services gather feedback and scrutinise performance The subjects of our service panels such as Property Customer Service and Rents are directly linked to the Consumer and and Economic Standards set by
The Regulator of Social Housing Tenants also have the opportunity to influence our strategies at at at the highest level by
having a a a a a seat
on our Board or being a a a member of a a a committee approving recommendations for customer-facing services before they are ratified by
the the board Of course we we welcome all our our residents to volunteer on the dozens of events and community projects we run throughout the year 141
