We provided a flexible work opportunity to a stay at home mum who had been through the talent pool. Five years later, Alison is still working for AB and supporting this contract. We have been able to steadily increase Alison’s hours as her children have grown up.
When AB secured the contract with WCHG, we secured a unit within the Enterprise Centre from which to deliver the contract. We have steadily increased the size of this unit as we have secured other local work and provided further local employment opportunities to people from the local area.”
