Supply chain partner: The Casey Group Ltd
During the building of a new housing development Casey provided opportunities for apprentices employed by WCHG to gain additional experience of working on a new build site. Without this experience the opportunities for apprentices are limited to involvement in our investment and refurbishment programme.
The Contracts Manager, Project Manager and a trainee plumber from the team also visited a local high school for a speed-dating session with pupils interested in working in the construction industry.
They also provided a new fridge freezer for a nursery located next to the development site.
