Information Rights

Information you can access and how to request it

You have the right to request information about yourself through the information rights data protection framework. This is also know as a Subject Access Request (SAR). This only applies to information you can be personally identified by and that’s about you.

Any information requested outside of a Subject Access Request would be handled in the same way other requests are. This is because we do not have to provide business information as part of an information request. You’re also able to access information from us through a solicitor when making a claim. For more information about this please get independent legal advice.
