If you’re experiencing domestic abuse, you can come to us for help. We will listen, treat you with respect, and help you get the support you need.
We’ve recently received the Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) Bronze Award. This award recognises the work we’ve done to better support residents facing domestic abuse.
Over the past year, teams have worked together to improve how we help. Colleagues now have more training and clearer ways to support you when you reach out.
What matters most is that you feel safe speaking to us. We can offer advice, help you stay safe in your home, and talk through your options.
You can find out more about the support available and how to report domestic abuse on our Domestic Abuse Support page.
If you’d like to speak to someone, our Living Well team is here to help. You can email WCHGLivingWell@wchg.org.uk or call our Customer Hub on 0300 111 0000. Please ask to speak to the Living Well team.
