Regulator of Social Housing We’re regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), which sets the standards all social housing providers must meet. These cover two main areas: Economic regulation – how we’re governed, financially managed and deliver value for money. Consumer regulation – the safety, quality and transparency of our homes and services. Standards we meet The Regulator of Social Housing carries out a check every year to confirm financial strength and good governance, and an inspection every four years. Our most recent inspection in 2024 rated us: G1 – Governance V1 – Financial Viability You can read more about these ratings on the GOV.UK website. Learn about inspection ratings The Social Housing Regulation Act 2023 Introduced in April 2024, the Act gives the Regulator of Social Housing stronger powers to make sure tenants are: Living in safe, decent homes Treated with respect Listened to and taken seriously Able to hold landlords to account Learn more about the new consumer standards on the GOV.UK website.
