    Paul leads the upkeep and value of WCHG’s homes, building on 10+ years of experience within the organisation.

Our Board includes four committees that meet four to six times a year:

  • Customer Experience committee

    The Customer Experience Committee helps make sure our services are working well for you.

    They look at how we’re performing, keep an eye on how we listen to residents and help us improve how we involve you in the decisions that matter.

    The Audit and Risk Committee helps make sure we’re financially sound, secure and well-run.

    They check that our finances are in good shape, that we’re following the rules, and that any risks are being managed.

    They check that we’re following the rules that housing organisations like ours need to stick to, and that we treat our staff fairly and support a positive workplace culture.
