Governance Our Board includes four committees that meet four to six times a year: Customer Experience committee The Customer Experience Committee helps make sure our services are working well for you. They look at how we’re performing, keep an eye on how we listen to residents and help us improve how we involve you in the decisions that matter. They check that we’re following the rules that housing organisations like ours need to stick to, and that we treat our staff fairly and support a positive workplace culture.
