We believe in being open about how we work. That’s why we share clear information about how much we pay our Directors and how we manage our costs, following the Regulator of Social Housing’s Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard.

We use the Regulator’s calculation to show how much this works out as for each home:

2024/25

Total pay for our senior team, including Executive Directors and Board members

This works out as £90.94 for each social housing home

How do we calculate this? We work this out by adding up all the pay (including pension and National Insurance) given to current and former Directors during the financial year, and dividing that by the number of social homes we owned or managed at the end of the financial year.

Total pay for our highest-paid Director

This works out as £13.35 for each social housing home

How do we calculate this? We work out this figure by dividing the pay of our highest paid Director (not including pension or National Insurance) by the number of social homes we owned or managed at the end of the financial year.

Total management costs

This works out as £1,428 for each social housing home

How do we calculate this? We work out this figure by dividing the total cost of managing our social homes during the financial year by the number of homes we owned or managed at the end of the financial year.
