Committee Member Recruitment
Role: Non-Executive Committee Member for our Group Remuneration and Governance Committee
Remuneration: £3,500 per annum and reasonable expenses
We’re recruiting a Non-Executive Committee Member for our Group Remuneration and Governance Committee. The Committee’s role includes the review and oversight of colleague strategies and polices, and the review of colleague performance metrics and trends. We’re looking for candidates with experience of strategic people management, culture change, organisational development and/or employment law and regulation.
In addition to technical skills, we recognise diversity of thought will strengthen our non-executive team and are committed to supporting and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
