    Request a rent refund

    If your rent account is in credit and you'd like to request a refund, you can use our form.
    You can’t apply online if you’re a joint tenant without a joint bank account, or a sole tenant without a bank account.
    It can take up to six weeks for requests to be processed.

    Please enter the value of the refund you're requesting. Evidence of bank details is needed for refund requests.

    Bank account information

    You must attach proof of bank account details for us to arrange your refund. Your bank details are kept secure and are not shared/shared with any third party.

    All proof must show the bank logo, name of the bank account holder, sort code and bank account number.

    Acceptable forms of proof are:

    A personal pre-printed bank/building society paying in slip

    A photocopy of a blank cheque (marked cancelled)

    A photo of a recent bank/building society statement dated within the last 6 months

    A photo of your bank card.
    The bank account details you've provided will be used to refund any rent. Evidence of bank details is needed for refund requests.
