Damp and mould – a priority for WCHG
Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) is deeply saddened by the death of Awaab Ishak, and our thoughts are with Awaab’s family at this time.
We are working proactively with housing providers from across Greater Manchester to ensure this tragedy does not happen again.
After an increase in reports of damp and mould during the last week, we are reviewing our approach and resources to be able to respond to the demand as quickly as we can.
We are committed to ensuring our customers feel safe within their homes and WCHG takes these matters seriously.
