Village 135 opened it doors at its official unveiling of this prestigious development. New residents soaked up the atmosphere of this impressive £22m development offering, 135 luxury apartments with 24 hour onsite extra care provision, boasting an onsite salon, spa/therapy room, bistro and luxurious communal areas for residents to relax and spend time with family.

Village 135 was part funded with over £5m, via the Department of Health Care & Support Specialised Housing fund bid, through the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

Mr and Mrs Rawlings caught sight of this prestigious development whilst living in Crewe and decided to up sticks to take advantage of this exciting complex, which also brought them closer to family and friends.

Mrs Rawlings said, “It is exciting to see the mixture of tenure this development offers.  I was born in Hulme and would have welcomed such a development when the area was cleared in the 1950’s.  We wanted to be closer to our family and Village 135 offers everything we need for the future.
