Drop-in sessions are for leaseholders, shared owners, Rent to Buy and market rent customers. We’ll be there to chat about:

• Your home
• Your community
• The services we provide
• Not sure who’s responsible for what? We’re happy to talk it through.

Thinking about staircasing?

If you’re a shared owner, you might be thinking about staircasing – buying more shares in your home when you can afford to.

As your share goes up, your rent goes down. Over time, you can work towards owning your home outright.

Pop in during March to chat about your options. We’ll explain everything clearly and answer any questions. Several of our teams will be there to help.
