Come along to any, or all three, of our drop-ins this year! They’re for leaseholders, shared owners, rent to buy and market rent customers. We’re there to chat to you about service charges, your home, your community and our services. Do you have questions about who has responsibility for what? We can answer those too.

Considering staircasing as a shared owner? This is where you can buy more shares in your home, when you can afford it, and it helps you work towards owning your home in full. Also, as your share increases, your rent goes down. Drop by to discuss your options!
