Given the unprecedented temperatures and the fact, flats are generally hotter than houses, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service has filmed a short video around risks. Three key messages about fire safety issues:
- Don’t BBQ on balconies
- Don’t wedge fire doors open in the building
- Don’t overload electrical sockets
