If you want to do any home improvements or make changes to your home, we’re happy to help. You’ll need to get permission first. This helps us make sure the work is safe and won’t cause issues later – like repair problems or risks to you or your neighbours. If you go ahead without permission, you may have to put your home back to how it was – and you could be charged if we need to do the work. We usually won’t say no unless the changes: make your home unsafe affect your neighbours make it harder for us to carry out future repairs.
