Know Africa Foundation Tasting Sessions – 20th and 27th October 2021
Come and join Know Africa Foundation on the 20th October at Ken Collis Court from 10am -2pm. They will be cooking African dishes from Uganda. The menu is matoke and peanut sauce, katoko pilau rice. Debbie will be teaching us a different way of cooking rice and lamb.
On the 27th October, they will be cooking Nigerian dishes. Details of the menu to follow.
