We have recently issued service charge estimates to leaseholders, it has come to our attention that there are issue with the calculations.
As you can imagine we are currently experiencing a high number of calls and are trying to get back to leaseholders within 2 working days. We will be contacting all leaseholders directly to rectify these issues.
Please note that we will not be amending direct debits or trying to recover these estimated charges, ahead of discussing them with individual leaseholders. Please accept our apology for the issues that have arisen.
