Pledge Pioneer status – LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge
We’re proud to share we've been awarded Pledge Pioneer status for the LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge. This recognition means we’ve:
- Created a framework for LGBTQ+ residents to have a voice at the highest level of the organisation
- Increased LGBTQ+ visibility across our work
- Provided specific staff training to better support our LGBTQ+ community
The LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge has three levels, Promise, Pioneer and Pioneer Plus. All aimed at amplifying residents’ voices at senior levels.
