Manage your home online
We’re improving our online services to make things easier and quicker for you. In February, our new website and app will be live.
The new website will:
- Be faster to find what you need, with a better search and less clicks to get to what you want
- Be easier for everyone to use and understand, with clearer wording and a simple layout
- Work well on mobiles, computers and laptops
- Have better accessibility, including screen-reader and keyboard-friendly design
- Help you find support and events for all
- Be shaped by resident feedback, so it works the way you need it to.
The new website will have the same address as our current one www.wchg.org.uk
We’re also launching a new app to manage your home online. It’ll show real time information, so you’ll always know what’s happening. You’ll be able to:
- Report and track repairs
- Manage your rent and payments
- Update your contact details
- Send us a message
More app features will be added later this year including:
- Reporting and tracking anti-social behaviour
- Money and debt advice and support
- Managing your tenancy
Leaseholders and shared owners will be able to:
- Check, pay and manage charges
- Report and track repairs for shared areas
