We’re excited to share our plans to make Wythenshawe House reception friendlier and more comfortable for customers. The plans have been approved by our Executive team, Customer Experience Committee (CXC) and Board. Work will start on Monday 14th August and will last until late September.
From Monday 21st August Wythenshawe House Reception will be open as usual, except during lunchtimes, 12.30pm and 1.15pm. Between these times please call Customer Hub on 0800 633 5500 with any enquiries. During the works there will be no waiting area or customer toilets. Face-to-face appointments may be rescheduled or moved to a different location. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We're very conscious of the issues our customers and colleagues are facing around the cost of living. At the same time, we recognise we need to make our buildings and workspaces more inclusive, accessible and fit for modern hybrid working to be able to deliver better services to customers. This is why we've significantly reduced the scope of this project and have prioritised making much needed improvements to selected areas at Greenwood Road and Wythenshawe House, including customer reception.
