- Re-let 441 homes and built 169 new homes to help with the demand for housing
- Spent £44 million on repairs and improvements to make homes safer and warmer
- Fixed 99% of emergency repairs within 24 hours
- Helped 1,768 people get online and build digital skills
- Supported 2,156 young people with safe and fun activities
