Patient Pathway Workshop at the Lifestyle Centre – 11th May
The South Manchester Clinical Commissioning Group is holding a Patient Pathway workshop at the Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre on May 11th at 1-4pm.
If you are a patient registered with a GP in south Manchester and live with Diabetes , Respiritory Problems or CVD, then they would like to hear from you on how the patient journey can be improved.
