Our repairs reporting system is now available

Our brand new and improved non-urgent repairs reporting system is now available. All repairs can again be reported on 0300 111 0000 / 0800 633 5500 via our Customer Hub.

Why have you changed the repairs system?

It will give customers a better experience. We'll:

  • be better at communicating with customers about repairs through text messages. They will include reminders about when we're due to
  • arrive and make it easier to cancel or re-arrange appointments
  • be able to fix repairs more often on the first visit, especially for standard jobs
  • have more up-to-date information to share with customers about progress
