Tenant Satisfaction Measures 2025 survey has started
The Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey has started. Some residents will get a phone call or email inviting them to take part.
Our research partner, Kwest Research (based in Didsbury), will contact residents from a mobile number or by email. The survey will run until the end of August.
This year, around 2,900 residents will be interviewed. This includes shared owners and leaseholders, who are usually surveyed every two years.
The survey asks residents what they think about our services. Their feedback helps us understand what needs to improve, so we can make services better for them and more efficient.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes. Results will be shared in the autumn with residents, and the Regulator of Social Housing.
