TPAS 2014 Nominations

Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is delighted to have been shortlisted in the 2014 Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) awards

The Group which is made up of Willow Park and Parkway Green Housing Trust’s has been shortlisted in four different categories:

  • Excellence in Co-Regulation
  • Tenant / Resident Involvement Officer of the Year
  • Young Tenant of the Year
  • Tenant of the Year

The northern regional awards take place on the 11th April 2014 at the Palace Hotel in Manchester before the winners from each category will go forward into a national final

TPAS is the marker leader in the UK for Resident Involvement and they work towards empowering individuals to have real influence over the organisations to which they may pay their rent.

Group Chief Executive of Wythenshawe Community Housing Group Nigel Wilson said, “We are delighted to be shortlisted in these awards as the standard of work is always extremely high and is testament to the hard work and dedication of our colleagues to get this far. We will have our fingers crossed for the event in April and best of luck to everyone involved.”

Chair of the WCHG Board Eddy Newman said, “It’s a fantastic achievement to be nominated for one TPAS Award let alone four!
