WCHG are asking tenants who have claimed Universal Credit to share their experiences of the claim process. We will be using this data to develop our services and use the findings to inform a wider national discussion with the DWP.

Universal Credit came into force just over a year ago, to better understand the impact to our customers we would like you to complete a survey by clicking here. The survey will take roughly 10 minutes to complete. It’s important to us that our customers take this survey to see how your information can inform and help us shape the work we do.
