Village 135 Sales and Marketing Suite launched for WCHG’s £20m Extra Care Scheme!

This £20m development located on the junction of Brownley Road and Hollyhedge Road in Wythenshawe is due for completion in 2016. Over £5m of the investment was awarded to WCHG via a Department of Health Care & Support Specialised Housing fund bid through the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

Village 135 will also provide a range of facilities open to the community to create a hub for local people to enjoy, such as a bistro and spa and hairdressing salon. It will be set in landscaped gardens and the homes have been designed to meet mobility and access under Lifetime Homes, ensuring the living spaces are flexible in design and are a generous size to meet the needs of the residents.
