WCHG Shortlisted in 6 categories for Housing Excellence Awards
Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) is delighted to announce that they have been shortlisted in 6 categories of the prestigious, national Housing Excellence Awards 2015.
The shortlisted award categories are:
- Best Tenant Support/Advice programme
- Best Tenant Employment/Training programme
- Best Youth Engagement Project
- Best Repairs and Maintenance Scheme
- Best New Affordable Housing Scheme
- Tenant of the Year – Eric Smith
The Housing Excellence Awards highlights and rewards those who are leading the way in the social housing sector. The event has grown from strength to strength over the years, with ever-increasing audiences and a consistently high calibre of nominations.
Nigel Wilson, Group Chief Executive for WCHG, said: “We are absolutely delighted that our work has been commended for these Housing Excellence awards. It is a fantastic testament to the hard work and commitment of our staff who, in just 2 years, have turned Wythenshawe Community Housing Group into a multi award-winning organisation.”
