We’re checking in with residents – here’s why

We’re currently speaking to residents across some of our neighbourhoods to make sure the information we have is right and up to date. These visits and phone calls are part of our ongoing work to stay connected and provide the best possible service.

Why are we doing this?

Having the right information helps us to:

  • Keep in touch with you easily
  • Offer services that meet your needs
  • Share updates in a way that works for you
  • Make sure your home still suits you
  • Fix anything you'd like to report
  • See if you’d like to hear more about the plans for Wythenshawe town centre

Will I get a visit or a call?

Right now, we're speaking residents who live in the following areas:

  • Birch Tree Court - Building Safety Guide is available to view here.
  • Edwards Court - Building Safety Guide is available to view here.
  • Frank Price Court
  • Henfield Walk
  • Tenterden Walk
  • Kenneth Collis Court

If you live in one of these homes, you’ll get a letter a few days before your visit, so you know when we’re planning to come by.

If you don’t live in one of these areas, don’t worry — we may be speaking to more homes in the future, and we’ll always let you know ahead of time.

Who will I be speaking to?

We’ve partnered with Kwest Research, a trusted team who are great at speaking with residents. They’ll carry out the visits and calls on our behalf and will always show ID at your door.

How long will it take?

Some visits and calls might only take 10 minutes, others could last up to an hour — it depends on how much you want to share. There’s no pressure. We want these to feel like honest, helpful conversations.

Prefer not to be visited?

That’s completely okay. If you’d rather not have someone speak to you right now, just let us know when you get your letter, and we’ll make sure we don’t disturb you.
