To develop our Corporate Plan we are setting new goals and aims for the next 5-10 years. We want our customers to tell us what is working and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Supporting us with this work is Acuity, a trusted research organisation. Between 11th July and 20th August, Acuity will be contacting our customers by phone to complete a survey. The survey will take less than ten minutes.
If contacted, we encourage our customers to take part but they can opt out of the survey if they’d prefer. Their input will help us understand opinions and suggestions about the services we deliver and what we should focus on over the next 5-10 years.
