Building new homes

We don’t just manage homes, we build them too.

Creating communities

We’re creating modern, energy-efficient homes for rent, shared ownership, and affordable sale, right here in Wythenshawe and beyond.

Every home is designed to help people live well. And any profit we make goes straight back into building more homes and supporting our communities.

A new future for Wythenshawe town centre

Big changes are on the way and we’re proud to be part of it.

We’re working with Manchester City Council and Muse to help transform Wythenshawe town centre into a greener, more modern place to live, work and visit. The plans include new shops, offices, public spaces and up to 2,000 new homes over the next 10 to 15 years.

Greener homes, stronger communities

We’re making greener choices in how we build, repair and run our homes and services. That means investing in more energy-efficient buildings, using better tech, and making changes that help cut carbon and keep bills down for residents.

But sustainability isn’t just about the environment. it’s about people too. We work with local suppliers and contractors wherever we can. And we include ‘community benefit’ promises in our contracts, so every pound we spend gives something back.
