We’ve helped bring in over £3 million for you again this year – and we’re not stopping there
We know that changes to welfare and rising living costs are affecting many people right now. That’s why we’ve been working alongside you to make sure you’re getting the money and support you’re entitled to.
Over the past year, our Financial Inclusion team has helped get more than £3 million directly into the pockets of our customers – for the second year running. That’s money that’s made a real difference to people’s homes, finances and day-to-day lives.
This includes support with things like:
These results show what’s possible when we work together and focus on what matters most – making sure you have the right support in place.
With welfare changes continuing across the country, it’s more important than ever to know what help is available. Our team is here to help, whether you need advice, someone to talk things through with, or support making a claim.
We’re proud to share some feedback from customers we’ve been able to support:
“Thank you for all your help and just being there to listen and talk.” – Mary
“Thank you for helping me complete the PIP Form. I’m very grateful to you.” – Bev
“Thank you so much, I wouldn’t have got through this without you. I’ve been worried about everything. Now I can get on without the worry. I said last time – whoever you help, they will be lucky to have you. I can’t thank you enough.” – Katrina
If you’re worried about money or unsure what you might be entitled to, please don’t wait – get in touch with us. We’re here to support you.
