Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs)

Making it quick and easy for you to see how we make decisions, manage homes and spend money.

What is STAIRs?

From October 2026, all social housing providers must share key information openly through the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements scheme (STAIRs).

We’ve brought everything together in one place so you can find what you need quickly and easily, without having to search across lots of different pages.

A lot of this information is already available on our website. We’ve just organised it under the STAIRs categories to make it simpler to find and use.

Use the sections below to find the information you’re looking for.
