Wythenshawe Enabled: Co-creation sessions with Pathways CIC

Do you have lived experience of disability, mental health condition or a long-term health condition? Would you like to meet new people, build your confidence and help make a difference in your community?

We’re looking for residents to join a series of co-creation sessions run by Pathways CIC as part of our Wythenshawe Enabled project.

Wythenshawe Enabled brings people together to share experiences, support each other and have honest conversations. From the very beginning, disabled residents have helped shape the project, making sure it reflects what matters most to our community.

By taking part, you can:

  • Build your confidence and self-belief
  • Learn communication and listening skills
  • Meet new people and reduce isolation
  • Receive training, support and supervision
  • Help shape local services and support other residents
  • Improve your wellbeing while making a positive difference

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are a Wythenshawe Community Housing Group tenant
  • Have lived experience of disability, mental health condition or a long-term health condition
  • Want to support others
  • Are interested in learning new skills
  • Would like to become more involved in their community

Your experience could make a real difference. As well as helping others facing similar challenges, you’ll have the chance to build new skills, grow your confidence and make new connections!

Attend our sessions on:

  • Thursday 9th July at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group, 8 Poundswick Lane, M22 9TA, time TBC

Future session dates will be announced soon.
