Wythenshawe Enabled: Co-creation sessions with Pathways CIC

Wythenshawe Enabled: Co-creation sessions with Pathways CIC

Do you have lived experience of disability, mental health condition or a long-term health condition? Or are you a carer of someone with a disability?

We’re looking for customers to join a series of co-creation sessions run by Pathways CIC as part of our Wythenshawe Enabled project.

Wythenshawe Enabled brings people together to share experiences, support each other and have honest conversations. From the very beginning, disabled residents have helped shape the project, making sure it reflects what matters most to our community.

By taking part, you can:

  • Build your confidence and self-belief
  • Learn communication and listening skills
  • Meet new people and reduce isolation
  • Receive training, support and supervision
  • Help shape local services and support other residents
  • Improve your wellbeing while making a positive difference

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are a Wythenshawe Community Housing Group tenant
  • Have lived experience of disability, mental health condition or a long-term health condition, or are a carer of someone with a disability
  • Want to support others
  • Are interested in learning new skills
  • Would like to become more involved in their community

Your experience could make a real difference. As well as helping others facing similar challenges, you’ll have the chance to build new skills, grow your confidence and make new connections!

Attend our sessions at our head office on 8 Poundswick Lane, M22 9TA, 12-2pm. All sessions will include lunch:

  • Thursday 9th July
  • Thursday 16th July
  • Thursday 23rd July
