From May to August, some residents will be invited to take part in our Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey.
Your feedback helps us understand how you feel about the services we provide and where we can do better. This includes things like:
We’ve asked independent research company Kwest Research to carry out the survey for us. They may contact residents picked at random by phone, text or email between May and August.
The survey is confidential and usually takes around 5–10 minutes to complete.

All social housing landlords in England carry out these surveys as part of the Government’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing.
