Today we’re launching our new Corporate Plan, setting out our priorities for the next three years.
Our plan focuses on what matters most to our customers and communities: providing good quality homes, great services, supporting strong communities and remaining financially strong for the future.
It’s been shaped by feedback from customers, colleagues and partners and sets out:
We’re also continuing to explore a proposed merger with Southway Housing Trust. No decision has been made and we remain focused on delivering for our customers, communities and colleagues while those discussions continue.
If the merger goes ahead, we’ll review our Corporate Plan to make sure it reflects the priorities of the new organisation. What won’t change is our commitment to providing excellent services and supporting our communities.
Our Corporate Plan gives us a clear direction while giving us the flexibility to adapt as our organisation evolves.
Our plan for better homes, stronger communities, smarter services and more opportunities for Wythenshawe.
