Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey 2022

When the regulator published the measures, the team at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group worked with research agency, Acuity, to ask a sample of 989 tenants the new Tenant Satisfaction Measure questions. The survey took place in October 2022 and the below graphic shows the responses we received.

Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

The trial survey helped us to identify areas where we need to do more work, particularly:

  • how we deal with complaints
  • how we handle anti-social behaviour
  • how we communicate
