Birch Tree Court and Edwards Court are safety certified
We’re pleased to share that two of our high-rise buildings – Birch Tree Court and Edwards Court – have officially received Building Assessment Certificates from the Building Safety Regulator.
These are the first two blocks we’ve submitted for assessment, and we’re proud they’ve now been recognised as meeting the regulator’s rigorous safety standards.
This achievement reflects the hard work of our teams across Wythenshawe Community Housing Group, who are dedicated to making sure our homes are safe, well-managed and fit for the future.
Keeping our residents safe is our top priority, and this is just the beginning. We’re continuing to review and submit more buildings as part of our ongoing commitment to building safety.
